Gass Turek attorneys Linda Meagher and Stephen Trigg recently won summary judgment in the Eastern District of Wisconsin on behalf of their client, a psychiatrist who formerly provided services at the Milwaukee County Criminal Justice Facility, in defense of claims for alleged constitutional violations related to mental health care that was provided to the plaintiffs. Attorneys Meagher and Trigg were successful in arguing that no reasonable jury could find that their client had violated the plaintiffs’ rights, and that plaintiffs’ efforts to tag their client with liability failed for both factual and legal reasons.
